About us

Who We Are

At Fathers, We Need You Now, we believe that strong fathers create strong families—and that every parent, whether a mother or father, plays a vital role in a child’s life. We are a faith-based program dedicated to helping parents navigate co-parenting, heal broken relationships, and embrace their God-given roles as leaders in their children’s lives.

We recognize that parenting isn’t always easy, especially for fathers who have been absent, estranged, or struggling with co-parenting challenges. Many mothers also need support in fostering healthy relationships with their children’s fathers for the sake of their family’s future. That’s why we provide mentorship, conflict resolution tools, and practical strategies to help both parents work together for the best interest of their children.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple: to equip and empower fathers and mothers to be present, engaged, and effective parents. Through mentorship, faith-based guidance, and real-world parenting strategies, we help families:

✅ Rebuild broken relationships between fathers and children

✅ Support co-parents in working together for their child’s best interests

✅ Offer guidance in conflict resolution, financial stability, and emotional well-being

✅ Teach the God-given roles of parents and how to embrace them with confidence

We believe that no matter the past, every parent has the ability to step up, change, and make a difference in their child’s life.

Meet the passionate individuals behind our mission. Our team is made up of dedicated professionals who bring diverse skills, experience, and heart to everything we do. Together, we work to create impact, build community, and drive meaningful change.
